The AIMF offers grants to new women lawyers who are starting a law firm and need startup capital and offers grants for existing women-lawyer-owned firms looking to expand or innovate, and here are some reasons why:

     By investing in women-owned law firms, the Attorneys in Motion Foundation makes a lasting impact on individuals and society as a whole.

  • Diversity of Perspectives: Women bring unique experiences and viewpoints that enrich the legal profession. More women-led firms can lead to innovative approaches to legal issues and better representation of diverse clients.
